Students enrolled in a meal plan have the opportunity to use one meal swipe to redeem a designated combo meal at participating on-campus retail locations. Each location offers different menus and hours of availability for meal exchange items. Customizations to meal exchange items (such as adding extra cheese or bacon) may result in an additional charge, which can be paid with Dining Dollars, Lipscomb Bucks, or cash/credit.

How Meal Exchanges Work

• One meal swipe = one designated combo meal at participating retail locations
• Meal exchanges are available at multiple campus dining locations with varying menus
• Modifications to items incur additional charges, payable with Dining Dollars, Lipscomb Bucks, or cash/credit
• Meal exchange swipes are exclusively for the individual student on the meal plan

Program Parameters

• Personal Use Only: Meal swipes can only be used by the student assigned to the meal plan. Guests may purchase meals using Dining Dollars, Lipscomb Bucks, or cash/credit at both the Bison Cafe and retail units.
• No Rollover: Unused meal exchange swipes do not carry over from week to week.
• Limited Availability: Meal exchange swipes are available only for designated menu items and specific meal times at each location.

Important Information

• Non-Transferable: Meal exchange swipes are strictly for personal use and cannot be transferred or used by other individuals.
• Guest Meals: If you wish to purchase a meal for a guest, you must use Dining Dollars, Lipscomb Bucks, or cash/credit. Meal swipes cannot be used.
• Modifications: Any customizations beyond the standard combo items will result in an additional charge, which can be paid using Dining Dollars, Lipscomb Bucks, or cash/credit.
• Weekly Reset: Unused meal exchange swipes do not roll over to the following week. Use your swipes during the current week.
